How this demo works

• Unofficial. A proposal from men in the ministry, built for a leadership conversation. Not a Grace system.
• Sample people. Every group leader, request and membership is invented; speaker names come from the public Linktree. The real incident that prompted this (a man already in one group could not check in to another or print a badge) is represented by a synthetic example only.
• Original links preserved. All 21 Courageous Linktree links are inventoried with provenance and remain the source of truth. Licensed media is linked, never copied.
• Operator roles are enforced on the server. Uploader, editor, reviewer, admin, viewer and care, scoped by section and campus. The browser cannot grant itself a role.
• Nothing is published without review. Upload, draft, review, publish, version, rollback, audit trail.
• The AI is disclosed and bounded. It answers only from approved sources, cites them, says "I do not know", and hands personal matters to a person with consent. In an emergency it points to 911 and 988 first.
• Leaders are not messaged. Join requests, leader contacts and care requests sit in local queues with honest pending status.
• Registration integration is a mock of a fixed contract shared with the separate registration reliability lab. A real connection is a leadership decision.
